    Everything was really good, amazing location to metro lines, the staff were attentive. The breakfast was great with enough options, with variety of savoury options. Location: the hotel was near the shopping area. You can find Kogo Slovansky Dum a short way from the property to a have lunch.

    The breakfast was sensational and great with enough options and the food was fresh. Marvellous location close to old town, supermarket, and the tourist attractions, restaurants and bars were within walking distance of the hotel.

    TBH, the room was quite cold, we expected better.

    Really good service. The staff were genuinely helpful, accommodating room upgrades and offering great dining suggestions. The hotel's design and cleanliness were excellent.     Julius was fantastic! The staff upgraded our rooms, and they were super spacious with high-quality materials. The location is great, just a short walk from a mall. The daily housekeeping service was excellent. They even tidied our clothes! The welcome with champagne was a nice touch.
